Transfer Printing

This method of printing is by far the most popular for promotional printing on goods such as cotton shopper bags and t-shirts.
Transfers are ideal for short or long print runs.
Heat transfers also give vibrant photographic prints.
This method of printing works by heat pressing under pressure the image to the garment this then in turn melts the adhesive on the back of the image which then bonds to the garment.
We can provide the following transfers:
Cold Peel:
Transfers are left to cool before peeling; this gives a real photo feel of the image. Cold peel is ideal for t-shirts, bags, caps and polo t-shirts etc.
Hot Peel
Transfers are peeled off straight away as soon as they have come off the heat press; this gives the print a soft feel almost identical to screen printing.
Hot peel is ideal for t-shirts.
Vinyl Transfers
Vinyl transfers are used for lettering and numbers that are applied the same way. These are more cost effective on smaller print runs.
